Real Time Protection

 

Padvish continuously monitors your computer and protects you against threats. You can configure real time protection in this section.

 

·         Enable/disable real time protection

You can enable or disable the real time protection here. By Clicking on "Advanced settings" you can adjust more settings:

 

·         Real-time Cloud Scan

By selecting this button, you can activate real-time cloud scan engine on real time protection.

 

Selecting Heuristic, you can activate and increase the level of Guard task to detect unknown viruses in your system that has not yet been identified. Highest level means unknown threat detection rate is high but scan processes are resource-intensive. Lowest level means scan process resource consumption is low.

 

 

·         Advanced settings

Selecting “Enable USB malware protection (UMP)”, will stop executable files and you will receive a popup message. In order to execute the file, first you need to copy the file to hard disk. Otherwise deselect this option.

 In this section you can enable stealth mode.

 

·         File selection

In order to protect any specific file type by the real time protection, you have two options: intelligent selection or file extensions selection.

 

·         Default Actions

Certain threats: Real time protection allows you to select two options with two priorities against certain threats and also let you send a copy to Quarantine.

Suspicious File: decision on suspicious detected threats will be done automatically with two priorities or by asking the user.
