Set the rules of devices |
Set the rules of devices For each device, in its own section,
you can specify your desired rule. These rules include: “Allow”, “Only trusted
devices”, “Block all”, “Only trusted devices writable” and “Advanced rules”. ·
Allow: With this option, access to the trusted devices is permitted. ·
Only trusted devices: With this rule, access only to trusted devices will
be allowed. ·
Block all: All of accesses will be denied. ·
Only trusted devices writable: With this rule, you can read from all
devices but you can write only in trusted devices. ·
Advanced rules: By this option, you can set advanced rules. ·
Set trusted devices: In front of each device, the number
of trusted devices that is set for it is shown. By clicking on it, you can see
the list of trusted devices and you can add or delete any other devices.

Add trusted devices: By clicking on “Add” button, you can add a trusted
device. For this, select a connected device from the list to add to trusted
devices. ·
Delete a trusted device: By selecting a device from the list and click the
“delete” button, the device will be removed from the trusted devices. ·
Advanced rules: By selecting “advanced rules”, the number of devices that
is set by advanced rules is shown. By clicking on the link you can set the
rules:
You can observe rules in Central Panel. Each rule defines
Name and decision of the device. Also
the number of trusted devices is shown at the top of the window that you can
see the trusted devices by clicking on it and change them. You can also add,
edit and delete rules here. Add a new rule: To add a new rule, click on the “Add” button
and fill the information about it:

Name: put a name
for the device. ·
Device Name: to
specify the name of the device and contains “Any”, “Exactly” and “Containing”. ·
Device ID: to
specify the ID of device. ·
Decision: to
specify a decision to apply. After setting the rules, you can edit or delete them, and
also you can change the order of priority. For this, you can see “Change Advanced Device Rules”.
