Exceptions

You can select a threat to be ignored by Padvish. This section allows you to configure such exceptions.

 

 

In this list you can see the type of exceptions. And also you can see that each of them use in scanner or in real time protection.

You can edit or delete exceptions in the list.

 

To create new exception, click on “Add” button. You can create exceptions by Content, by path and by malware name.

 

 

·         Exception By File Content:

You can select exception use in scanner, or in real time protection or in both of them.

You can enter the name and description of the exception, and then select the file path.

 

Attention: Selected file will be ignored even if found in any other path.

 

 

·         Exception By Path:

You can select exception use in scanner, or in real time protection or in both of them.

You can enter the name and description of the exception, and then select folder and file. In the path there are some placeholders, you can use these placeholders in the path.

 

 

·         Exception by malware name:

You can select exception use in scanner, or in real time protection or in both of them.

You can enter the name and description of the exception, and then enter the name of malware. You can use * and ? wildcards in malware name.
